What are you most proud of achieving in your PMO career at Synovia Digital?
I’m most proud of my continuous development and improvement in my PMO career at Synovia Digital.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to expanding my skills, embracing new challenges and pushing the boundaries of what I thought was possible.
The journey has been marked by several milestones and consistently seeking out opportunities for professional growth and learning.
What truly makes me proud is not just the achievements themselves but the mindset of continuous improvement that I’ve cultivated along the way.
In essence, being able to look back on my journey in the PMO at Synovia Digital and see how far I’ve come, while also recognizing that there’s always room to grow, fills me with a profound sense of pride and gratitude.
How do you cope with the changes or challenges that arise in the dynamic and competitive tech industry?
I cope with the changes and challenges in the tech industry by staying adaptable, continuously learning, and embracing new technologies and methodologies.
I also prioritize maintaining a strong network of peers and mentors for support and guidance.
What challenges have you overcome, and what lessons did you learn from them?
I’ve overcome challenges such as tight deadlines and shifting priorities by staying organized, prioritizing tasks, effectively communicating with team members.
These experiences have taught me the importance of flexibility, resilience, and proactive problem – solving in navigating the demands of my workplace.
What excites you most about the future of women in project management?
What excites me most about the future of women in project management is the increasing recognition of their contributions and the growing opportunities for women to lead and excel in this field.
I’m excited to see more diverse perspectives and innovative approaches emerge, driving positive change and advancing the profession as a whole.
Who inspires you, and why?
Children inspire me because of their innate curiosity, boundless imagination, and ability to see the world with fresh eyes.
Their optimism, resilience, and capacity for wonder remind me to embrace creativity, embrace challenges, and approach life with a sense of joy and possibility
