Professional Challenges and Approaches
Q: In your current role, what’s the biggest professional challenge you’re facing right now? And how are you approaching it?
Abdala Majul: The biggest professional challenge I am currently facing is the ever-growing rhythm of the projects being developed at the company. Alongside this, there is a growing demand for specialized knowledge in certain specific areas related to my day-to-day activities. To manage these challenges, I am constantly learning and adapting, ensuring that I stay ahead of the curve and meet the demands effectively.
Staying Up-to-Date in the Field
Q: How do you typically stay up-to-date in your field? Are there any specific resources or courses you find particularly valuable?
Abdala Majul: To stay up-to-date in my field, I regularly follow Microsoft’s official blogs and updates, particularly the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform blogs. I also participate in webinars and online training sessions offered by Microsoft Learn. LinkedIn Learning courses and the Dynamics 365 Community are invaluable resources for gaining insights and learning about the latest features and updates. These platforms ensure that I am always informed about the newest trends and advancements in my field.
Leadership Experiences
Q: Can you describe a situation where you had to lead a team through a complex project? What did you learn about your leadership style in that experience?
Abdala Majul: I haven’t had the chance to lead a team through a complex project yet, but I am looking forward to the opportunity. I believe that such experiences will help me discover more about my leadership style and further develop my skills in guiding a team to success.
Balancing Work and Life
Q: To balance work life, what hobbies do you enjoy outside of the office?
Abdala Majul: To balance my work life, I enjoy engaging in various hobbies such as cooking, reading, and playing video games. These activities allow me to disconnect from work and immerse myself in other pursuits, helping me relax both my body and mind. Reading helps me expand my knowledge and gain different perspectives, while cooking allows me to be creative and experiment with new recipes. These hobbies provide a well-rounded balance to my professional life and help me recharge.
